Meet Parker. He and his brother were found as strays when they were just about 5 weeks old. Our first look at them, the puppy foster coordinator guessed Husky / GSD and she was right! DNA says they are all mutt... lots of fun breeds in their genetics. Parker is a curious boy and would love an active home. We are looking for someone with large breed experience. Of course other friendly dogs in the home or friends / family with dogs for play time, are a plus.

Parker is now in foster and learning all things puppy - crate training, leashes and more! He's a smart boy and learning quickly. Parker is super sweet. We think another friendly dog would be perfect for him. He's now just over 16 weeks and only 25 pounds - smaller than his brother. Parker is also a bit more chill than his brother. He will likely be in the 50# range when fully grown.

He just got cleared orthopedically and is on pet insurance with Embrace. Easy for his adopters to just transfer it to them! This puppy is neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated! Puppies are good with dogs, cats, kids and more. Being a puppy, they will need lots of training, including housebreaking. Remember, puppies are cute, but they have sharp teeth, need to be fed 3 times a day and poop... a lot!

Each dog goes home with a goody bag including collar/leash, toys, chews, Kong, and more. You will receive all medical records, microchip transfer form and other paperwork at the time of adoption.

Adoption fee is $475. Save-A-Mutt is a registered 501c3 and half of your adoption fee may be tax deductible.

Save-A-Mutt is a foster based rescue, we do not have a facility to visit. Our adoptions are typically done Monday - Saturday, we are closed on Sunday’s to give our volunteers at least one day off. You must be available to do meets and adoptions during that time frame. We can make exceptions only with the approval of the foster home.

Please note, we have approximately a 300 mile adoption radius - Portland OR area and Vancouver BC is the farthest north. We don’t ship dogs, once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA. Canadian adopters must be able to come to Stanwood WA to pick up your puppy.
