Meet Brando! A Good Samaritan found him roaming the streets of South LA and took him in while she attempted to find his owner9s). 30 days after posting Found Flyers and notifying the nearest shelters, she reached out for help since it was clear that no one was looking for him.

Brando is as sweet as he is handsome. We don't know how long he's been roaming the streets but we can see that he's just grateful to be in a loving foster home.
