Apollo is three year old 25 pound schnauzer mix. Apollo was surrendered when his owner had to move to an apartment that did not permit dogs. Apollo loves balls and to fetch but needs help on bringing the ball back! He gets along with dogs but does prefer to chase cats and livestock. Apollo is crate and housetrained and great on a leash and in a car. He would love some older kids to play with and would be great as an only dog companion.
Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
