Freedom Tails Rescue is a non-profit 501c3 organization. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs and puppies in need. Our animals come into rescue from the county shelters, neglect and abandonment situations, as well as owner surrenders. We put our rescue dogs and puppies in foster homes where they are loved and receive any and all necessary vet care needed. Our adoption fees, private donations, and animal sponsorships allow us to do the much needed work for the homeless animals in Maricopa County. We are all volunteers and are always looking for help. Everything from fostering to transport, helping at adoption events and with fundraising. Our philosophy: Let's start in our surrounding area and help those around us, enabling the animals to find excellent forever homes.
Based out of Maricopa County, Arizona, Freedom Tails Rescue was founded in 2010 by Jennifer Stone. Her passion has created beautiful success stories - we call them Happy Tails - and much needed hope for animals in need in the East Valley and all over Arizona.
We focus on making the maximum positive effect by providing a safer environment for dogs through education, rescue and foster. Our volunteers and supporters provide the momentum we need. Become a part of the solution by donating, visiting our sponsors, attending one of our events, or contact us with your questions about adopting or fostering.
