Meet our very handsome and outgoing boy named Oliver! He is about 2 years old. Oliver and his brother Oleander were surrendered to us after their owners were evicted from their home and had nowhere to go with them. Both boys are friendly and affectionate. They have been hand raised by their owners since they were about 1 week old. Oliver is a lovebug who will rub up on you and meow for attention. He is fine with being picked up and carried around. They lived with other cats and small dogs in the home who we are told they were fine with. They can be adopted together or separately. Oliver can go to a home with children 8 years old and up.

MAC IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK (M-F 8-4pm) (Sat-Sun 10-4pm) Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal. Appts to meet cats can made to suit your schedule, please email/call for an appt. We do prefer to be contacted by email for adoption inquiries at Adopt@savingpawsct.org. You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.
Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.

An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.

ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
