Hi, I'm Genesis, transferred to Big Dog Ranch Rescue after I was rescued from a hard life on the streets. My experiences before I arrived have left me very timid with strangers, but my resilience shines through in every tail wag. I would like a very quiet, patient home where I can come out of my shell on my own time. An apartment life would be great for me since I'm only a little over 30lbs and I don't have much energy. I think I'd do very well with seniors, but not so much with young kids who might startle me. I'm slowly starting to show my true self to those who've gotten to know me well, and I can't wait to fully unwind in my own home. If you would like a nice, quiet dog for your nice, quiet home, please consider me. If you need any more convincing, I get along well with nice dogs and I always keep my kennel clean. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit our website adoptions page to complete an adoption application. at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. Once you have completed the application, we will contact you to let you know you have been approved and then you will be able to set up an appointment to come and meet dogs you are interested in. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
