Julia is a very sweet, very chill dog. She was near to starving to death and had a serious case of heartworm, but she’s come through her treatment like a champ! She had been on the euthanasia list in Houston and one of our volunteers thought she was a gem and needed to be rescued and they were SO right! Transport is available for this sweet girl when we find her person! Give Jules a chance… she won’t let you down!
