My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you're looking for a sweet soul who is relatively calm and loves to snuggle, Nanny is your girl! She is a bit shy initially; the type of girl who wants you to buy her dinner first ....literally! One of our volunteers couldn't stand to leave her in her cage, and recently took her on a slumber party. She had this to say about her:
"She takes a while to warm up but loves people and just got comfortable enough to show me her goofy side (took only a long nap and me feeding her).
Once this girl warms up she is a loveable, goofball who will make you laugh and give you all the love and snuggles.
From her short time in a foster home we have learned that Nanny knows "sit and "paw, she loves toys, playing fetch and cuddling!! She appears to be a low to medium energy dog. In her foster home she seemed potty trained (no accidents!) and non-destructive, only destroying her toys, like a perfect little angel.
Nanny has also done fabulously at events!!! Totally people and kid friendly. She has been non-reactive towards dogs and seems to be dog friendly, though she hasn't been tested.
Nanny is a sensitive soul who deserves so much more than being stuck in a shelter that scares her. Let's get her adopted so she can be her goofy self all the time!
