We have an application and a contract that must be completed by potential adopters. We must obtain information to speak to your veterinarian for current animal records. If a new pet owner, we must have permission to two personal references

Founded in 2015, Help Rescue AR is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Brinkley, Arkansas . Help Rescue AR believes in advocating for the abused, abandoned, and neglected animals across the state that are unable to speak for themselves. Help Rescue helps animals state wide in both urban and rural settings. We provide love, comfort and safety to those in need. We have helped hundreds of shelter, stray and owner surrender animals in the past two years as well as offered a spay/neuter program to help with the homeless dog population.
