Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sparky is small in size but big in cute! He is at the shelter with his younger brother, Joey. Sparky is the shyest of the two,but he is learning to trust everyone. He does like to play and tries hard not to be afraid of people. Treats make him very brave!
