Billy lived the first 2 years of his life on a 50-pound chain down the street from the rescue. Our founder negotiated his freedom and got to work.
Saying he gave us a run for our money would be an understatement. He was a TOUGH dog, and that's coming from a rescue built by dog trainers!! He was a nightmare on leash. He would bulldoze straight through all training collars. He had the worst case of reactivity we had ever seen.
It took a year to reign him in, and we completely reinvented our training style because of him!
We owe a lot to Billy.
Now, he's one of our best dogs! Neutral on leash. Absolute workhorse. SHARP obedience. He would make for an excellent sport dog/bite work prospect.
Billy will do best as an only dog. He lives with other dogs and trains with them, but his play style is rough, and dominating. Which doesn’t pair well with most dogs.
We are looking for a very specific, experienced owner who wants to continue working his obedience and teaching him cool stuff. Must have experience with power breeds and implementing structure and boundaries. He is a dog trainer's DREAM dog.

We will conduct a meet and greet for you to meet the pup in person. Depending on the animal and their needs, multiple visits may be required

We will conduct a home check to make sure your house/yard is secure and appropriate for the animal
Additional adoption info
We charge a rehoming fee for each dog. Depending on the cost we acquired to get the pup altered, chipped and vaccinated, is what we will charge for the adoption fee.
