Tori is just a puppy with really long legs that go all the way to the ground. She is 30 pounds of adorable gangly clumsiness. She was found as a stray and whined while riding in her finder's car. There was a cat in the home which she didn't think was worth her attention. She is very interested in the shelter dogs and acts like she wants to play with them all. Sometimes she might bark at one She is not leash trained and either gallops, does zoomies, or chews on it. Everything is a toy to her - a leaf, a pine cone, a stick. She is excitable and thinks shelter life is fun. She is alert and pays attention. She is not house trained so please help her learn. She is friendly, affectionate and quiet. She loves sitting on a lap and giving kisses and being petted. We don't know how she'll behave around children but due to her rambunctiousness and mouthy behavior when she gets excited, she'll need to live with kids at least 12 years old. Please offer sweet, lovable Tori the home and family she deserves. (tw 3/20/2024)

CAP adoption fees include a variety of services - age-appropriate vaccinations, canine heartworm, and feline leukemia tests, spaying/neutering, deworming treatment, microchipping to name a few - the total value of which exceeds $450. These minimal adoption fees cover only part of each animal's stay at our shelter - please help us keep adoption fees low while maintaining the high quality of care for the animals in our charge by donating and/or volunteering.
