Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Toots, the lovable pup with a heart as big as Texas! Found as a stray alongside her brother in Blanco County, Toots is now searching for her forever family. While she may be a bit shy at first, Toots quickly warms up to new friends, showing off her friendly and affectionate nature. She's a social butterfly among her furry peers, and she plays very nicely with her doggie friends at PAWS.
Toots has enjoyed many shelter breaks with our amazing foster families, and here are some glowing notes they shared with us:
- She is super affectionate and LOVES to cuddle. Wherever you are, she is right there beside you and ready to snuggle in your lap.
- She has a lot of playful energy! She would do best with a person who's able to take her on long daily walks and/or has a large fenced-in yard. Fetch is her favorite game!
- She has nice leash manners and listens to her handler. She might pull when she sees a squirrel or rabbit, but otherwise she is a dream to walk with.
- She never barks, except when someone knocks on the door. Otherwise, she is a peaceful house guest who quietly and intently watches us do our people-things.
- She's 100% potty trained! She never once had an accident in the house and she sits by the door when she needs to go outside and do her business.
Sweet Toots is all polished up and ready to meet her forever family! With her gentle nature and joyful spirit, we think she will thrive with an active family and perhaps another doggie sibling to play with. Come meet this pretty girl, you're going to love her!
