My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our 5 month old handsome Lab mix boy is called Finnick and he is a lucky little guy with a heart full of love.   This boy was taken from a home where he was not treated nicely and the threat of physical loomed very real for him.  No sweet and innocent puppy should ever be harmed because of human instability.  He is the happiest little guy who weighs 17 pounds and will be a healthy 50 pounds adult boy when fully grown.  This boy has energy and a lively personality that needs challenges and other dogs to play with. Finnick is not a loner and he will need companionship on a regular basis during the day.  He loves to chase the cats at the foster home as a game and he will beg other dogs to play with him too.  He is crate trained and housebroken and a wonderful little guy when it comes to playing and being around children.  He is the complete package as a family pet to consider adopting.  A fenced yard would be a good idea for this active boy to play for hours while you tend to things inside the home.  Please consider this handsome and happy boy and write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

More about this rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Companion Rescue give them a chance to have a life?
