My name is Milo!

Milo came to the shelter as a transfer from Texas a while ago. Milo is a huge snuggle bug that doesn't know a thing about personal space. We believe he is a Boxer mix. He has spent some time up in the office with staff and doesn't seem to mind the office cat. We are unsure if he has met kids, we think he would be friendly towards them but may knock little ones over. He is an 80lb excitable and wiggly boy! Milo has done amazing with other dogs in shelter. He does best with a nose loop style leash, it really helps his pulling. A staff member brought Milo home for the night and reported he was wonderful. He was well mannered in the house and found a quiet spot to nap most of the time. He likes to be close and is always in the mood for a cuddle puddle. Here is a note from Milo's foster in Texas:
Milo is super friendly towards humans and dogs. I don’t think he has a mean bone in his body. Our dog can be picky with dogs he interacts with and Milo responded very well to our dog’s space and reactions. He needs a little training on the leash and on his jumping manners but he’s super trainable and wants to please. Responds well to treats as motivation.
