We do our best to ensure that all of our pets find permanent loving homes.
Our application process is straight forward asking about your current living situation and your experience with animals. You will also need to supply two personal references plus a vet reference.
A Meet-n-Greet with potential adopters with family and any other animals living in the house.
A home Check is completed with the adoptable animal.

Rags to Riches Rescue is a nonprofit 501c3 foster based, all-breed, no kill animal rescue based in Delaware County PA. We are made up of volunteers and foster homes that care for and socialize our animals. Most of our animals come from deplorable conditions or neglect and need medical attention and lots of love. Our volunteers show them a life they never knew. A life of love, happiness and treats.
