My name is Jazzy!

Jazzy is a sweetheart that needs some TLC. She is a 1.5-2 year-old, 10 pound, Chihuahua, Pomeranian, Pekingese something mix?? She has a reddish tan coat. She came to us missing more than half of her hair to non-contagious Demodex mange, she is being treated and is recovering, her fur is growing back.. It was easy to treat and she is on her way to feeling better. It will take a several more weeks to see her full coat and we will retake her pictures at that time. Jazzy, Joey, Juliet and Josie were found fending for themselves in the river area of Stockton. Jazzy would love to have a human companion at home with her and another older dog her size to cuddle with as she does love to lay next to her canine family. She is slightly shy but is a sweetie and will need a little more TLC to get used to a new living situation. She gets along well with other dogs. She would be a welcome addition to an adult home or a family with children 12 and over. She will need some leash training. She is working on house training and is doing well. Here at the sanctuary, we use the command "go potty" before we take the dogs outside to do their business: this is excellent routine to establish at home. Jazzy is happy to go outside especially if you go with her. She is scheduled to be spayed but we are looking for her home now. She is currently vaccinated and microchipped. What is included

In adoption fee for dogs

Spayed or neutered.



Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPv – Vaccination against canine distemper, adenovirus, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus. (3 to 4 depending on how long we have them)



Rabies vaccination (if old enough).



De-wormed, Front-lined and Micro-chipped.



A free baby-well exam certificate that most vets will honor.



One week of dry dog or cat food.



One toy and one blanket.

1. When you apply please always use the same email address. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it.



2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why)

a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response.

b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get.

c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to.
