Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Looks like: Jack Russell Terrier, Chihuahua mix
Male, 13 years old (estimated), 15 pounds
Walnut isn't a "tough nut to crack," as we know exactly what he's looking for! He'd love nothing more than a mellow home with a warm bed to cuddle up in. Walnut enjoys a slow-paced walk around the block, but due to his heart condition, he isn't a dog to go for long outings. He's more of a homebody, but he does enjoy a change of scenery and taking in some new smells outside.
This sweet guy has done well meeting other dogs of all shapes and sizes, but we don't know yet how he does around kitties or children.
Little Walnut came to us after he was found as a stray and brought to Hitchcock Road Animal Services.
