Meet Cassandra (Cass). She is a brave explorer and protector of her sisters. She loves walks and sniffing and seeing everything she can and she does her happy orange out in the great outdoors. She hunts like a daschund and would always protect you from lizards and small creatures.

Cass has some fear of strangers and puts up a protective front, but for those who have the patience to earn her trust she is a loyal friend. Cass needs a home with experience with dogs who take longer to warm up. She needs and is looking for someone with the kindness and willingness to help this girl move from shelter to life to what it means to have the love of a family. Could that person be you?
