My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Agnes! How this sweet senior girl ever landed in the shelter is beyond us. It is so heartbreaking to see so many "older dogs being brought in and ultimately at risk of loosing their lives because their people were just done. These sweet older dogs devote their lives to making their families happy and to be left behind like nothing is so heartbreaking. So we heard this sweet girl's story and had to bust her out of the shelter. She is certainly thankful that we did. Agnes is guessed to be a 10 year old Jack Russel / Chi mix and weighs right around 10 pounds. Although older in age she is VERY spry and enjoys going for big walks and won't stop until you make her! Girl has places to BE. Agnes has the best floppiest ears in town and the personality to match. She loves what she loves and hates what she hates. She loves food, being picked up, snuggling, and hanging with her furry companions. Agnes is super low key and enjoys laying on her floofy bed most often. Agnes deserves to be spoiled rotten in her golden years. She is fully vetted and ready to live the rest of her life as the queen of her castle. More about this rescue

We are a small foster based animal rescue located in North Charleston, SC. We pull dogs from rural shelters in South Carolina that would otherwise have no way out. We provide them with a safe, loving home, where we learn more about the pet and what their needs are. Once they have been fully vetted and we know their personality, we match them with their perfect family where the pet will know nothing but love going forward!
