My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Queenie, the gentle giant with a heart of gold! Despite her slight limp, this 100+ pound sweetheart is always ready for some affection and pets. She is fully potty trained and easy on a leash. While she may not be too interested in her meals during her stay at the Center, she adores soft treats and would do anything for a tasty reward. She does not do well with steps. With her loving nature and impeccable manners, Queenie is ready to find her forever home with a family who will cherish her for the amazing companion she is for the rest of her days.

She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.

If you're interested in learning more about her, please reach out to our Volunteer Matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Queenie 246004".
