Hello, my name is Baymax. I was an owner Surrender by a woman who was living in a homeless encampment. She owned property in Llano, California and although we do not know the details, her property was taken from her. She did the right thing by surrendering me to the rescue because she wanted me to have a better chance at a better life instead of living outside in the desert squatting on multiple properties. I am a very sweet, purebred black labrador and I am very friendly and with some training I would be great for service or protection! I haven’t been in the rescue long but because my rescuer is a woman who’s always alone I don’t let just anyone approach her without checking them out first I like to make sure she’s safe. I bond very quickly I’ve never shown any signs of aggression but I have a very deep bark that would make anyone stop in their tracks! I am very playful and always ready for the next adventure, I absolutely love going to dog parks and making new friends and I’m always eager to test out your food to make sure it’s good enough for you! I don’t have any any bad habits that my rescuer has noticed everyone I meet tells me how beautiful my coat is and how shiny I am and it’s all thanks to my favorite treat coconut oil. my rescuer believes I would be great as a service dog because I am very attentive to her mood and I watch her whenever she gets quiet (I don’t want her sad around me) so I’m very quick to cheer her up I haven’t mastered talking yet but I’m trying just so she can know how much I appreciate all the treats! she says I will make someone very happy someday and I hope I can live up to those expectations so if you think I would make a great addition to your family, please contact my rescuer directly Her contact information is listed above my story.
