Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dixie has progressed well with a walker/trainer twice a week. She is crate trained. She is a couch potato. She can be investigative. She needs a lot of exercise. She is food and attention oriented. She is good in public with people. Needs an adjustment period in a new environment. She loves her toys.

She knows sit, room and goes to her cage to eat. She will let you know when water dish is empty. She does understand things.

She does well with dogs but as she gets older tends to want to be the boss and is food protective. She likes to play.

More about this rescue

Our small rescue started in 2018. We rescue cats, dogs and sometimes wildlife. We do TNR with cats. We take volunteers. Being in rural community there is a high number of cats and low funding.
