My name is Elena!

Elena is a cuddle-monster. She is 1.5 years old and still has some puppy energy. She loves to play keep-away with other dogs and be chased by her friends. At night, she likes to cuddle with her people and lay on top of you as much as possible.
Elena was in a loving foster home for the first year of her life. She was then adopted by us and our German shepherd. Elena loves our home and our dog. Unfortunately, our German shepherd is very submissive and has allowed Elena to get away with anything she wants. This means that she can be dominating or intimidating to new dogs that she meets. However, after some time, Elena warms to everyone we have met.
We have decided to rehome Elena so that she does not continue to learn bad habits and put herself in danger. She needs a home with people who are willing to train her and keep her in her place. She is a loving, wonderful dog who just needs more attention and training.
