My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

RAIN (m)

BREED: Chihuahua/Terrier cross

AGE: 10 weeks

WEIGHT: 6 lbs

LIKES: People, other dogs, dog toys (the crinklier sounding, the better), cozy dog beds, food

DISLIKES: Being away from people, being in a crate (except at night)

Rain is a great puppy, on his way to becoming a ride-or-die Velcro dog. He follows his people around and prefers to sleep near them and never be out of their sight. He sleeps in a dog bed in his foster mom's office and goes with her outside for his potty breaks and is well on his way to being potty trained. His play sessions involve toys and tackling his brother or taking on one of the resident dogs in the house. He would do well with another dog who could be patient with his puppy exuberance. He is medium energy and will likely grow to love walks and outings.

He sleeps in his crate at night and will alert the humans to his potty needs in the early hours.

As soon as the evening comes, Rain hustles up onto the couch and settles in for a good long lap snuggle. He loves his belly rubs and this time seems to be his favorite part of the day.
