Meet Schnitzel! She was a friendly cul-de-sac cat that went house to house looking for food. One day she met her foster parents when they were coming home and decided to let herself in! Since then she has been a great addition to their little foster family. She was very confused being inside for the first few days, but she quickly got used to the comfy couch and big bed!

Although she is still a bit feisty from living on the streets, she enjoys being around people. Her favorite sleeping spot is between her foster parent's legs and she will love all over you if treats are involved! She is okay with being picked up and held, but we are still working on pets. She will tolerate pets for a short while, before giving a light warning 'bite' to let you know she’s had enough. She is very mouthy and energetic, so play time is a must! She is always running down the hallway, playing chase with her foster siblings. Her favorite toys are feather wands and balls.

She reacts negatively to larger cats approaching her, but she has started to play with her younger foster siblings. With a proper slow introduction, she would do well in a one or two cat household as long as everyone is nice and respects her space. Although she gets very scared and aggressive with new cats, she settles down after a month or two. It is unknown how she would interact with children or dogs.
