Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Playful, Energetic, Hilarious
Meet Rory Reading List!
This super playful, chirpy guy loves to chase, pounce on toys, and even play fetch! When he's not playing, he prefers to sit next to you and lie down. He also rolls over onto his back and does a biiiiig stretch to request scratches on his soft belly. His belly is NOT A TRAP. We repeat - the belly is not a trap! When he's happy, he'll purr purr away!
Rory is multiple levels of adorable too. His foster trained him to give them a kiss and then get a treat. He also enjoys following his foster around, often looking up at them to make sure that his person is behind him. He's quite a funny and entertaining cat who is always doing silly things and making the people around him smile.
At the cattery, Rory loves to entertain visitors, stretch out on his scratcher, and pounce after his wand toy. He lounges around watching cat TV when he has a moment to chill.
Rory's ideal home would be one where he can get plenty of play of fun, explore, and hang out with people. He's such a great cat!
Rory Reading List has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Rory Reading List can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
