Jasper - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life!
The name Jasper means 'bringer of treasure'. Bringing me into your home will for sure be bringing you a treasure, as the name represents patience, faithfulness and dependability. A true treasure!!
At 5 years, I had a loving home until my elderly owner had to move and the family just left me behind. I found myself in the local doggie jail thinking I'd be doing 10 to life. Luckily for me I have a guardian angel looking out for me trying to find me the perfect fur-ever home. Where faithfulness, dependability and patience are indeed considered treasures!
I come in right around 40lbs which is a pawsome size for any and all your daily going on's, from leisurely walks to some nature hikes, from river excursions to trips to the park. I'm active and ready to help you experience it all!!
I do well with all people and other dogs. I'm house trained and out of the puppy destructive stage. I don't need to be consistently monitored, if I'm quiet for too long, come check I'm probably taking a nap. I'd make a fabulous addition to your family even for a first time pet parent.
My gorgeous shiny coat is of medium length and may require a brushing a few times a week. I will make it worth the little bit of time it takes by giving you my puppy dog eyes and seeing my happy tail a waggin'!!
