My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Family friend moved and could not take care of him a year ago feb 2023. He is very calm once he adjusted to being with me and skidish. When I first took him in he had bad separation anxiety. I am not sure of his background with previous owners. He is gentle with toddler and kids. I think previous owners kept outside (with me inside). likes being petted but not a cuddle bug nervous when held. Nervous for quick motions. He will sleep with me but only at end of the bed. Somewhat potty trained but likes to mark his territor. At times does not get along with bigger dogs for example cattle dog female my sister owns. He needs to be on a leash or fenced area if in public area's because will run off scar. He listens most of the time when off leashed on our farm. My dogs not wear collars/ leashes. He is a sweet dog and I want a loving home for him. I have two other female Chihuahua mix and they get along. He did well around male Shepard mix in my sisters house. He has never been to a dog park.
