HOW OLD ARE YOU?
I was born around November 1, 2023!

WHAT BREED ARE YOU?
I am a pit bull mixed with … ummm… your guess is as good as mine! We know my mama is a pit bull mix, but papa didn’t stick around, so the whole DNA puzzle is a big question mark at this point!

HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH?
At about three months old, I weigh 13 perfect pounds!

WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE?
I am super cute, if I do say so myself! I am tricolored, mostly black and white, with tan markings on my front legs. Oh and let me tell you about my eyes! My left eye is dark and mysterious, but my right eye is a gorgeous pale blue that makes me stand out from the crowd! My fur is thick and soft. My foster mom thinks I resemble a border collie and/or cattle dog. (Hmm… a hint to Dad’s identity maybe?)

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT?
I eat yummy puppy kibble, tasty “good girl!” treats, and love to chew on Nubz treats and bully sticks. I am learning good habits, so I have not tried human food yet, other than pumpkin puree and plain yogurt mixed in my kibble. Yummy!

WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE?
I am a very sweet, lovable puppy. My love language is kisses, kisses, and more kisses! I am curious, independent, and energetic during play time, but I am the best snuggler during quiet time.

DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY:
I love playing outside in the backyard as much as possible, playing tug-o-war and fetch. And even though I am very young, I am super talented already … I even know how bring the ball back during fetch! My perfect day definitely involves running fast and playing with my house mates.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY?
Stuffies for the win! I love to carry around a stuffed animal.

DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS?
I know lots of obedience commands! I know sit, stay, no, down, out of the kitchen, outside to potty, no bark, no bite, etc. I am learning to be a good girl by watching my adult foster sister. I am also really good at bringing the ball back during fetch, which gets me lots of exercise.

WHAT SCARES YOU?
I don’t really like being scolded. I mean, who would like that, right?… But I do get a little nervous. Oh, and I am not a fan of power tools. They’re LOUD!

HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN? DO YOU LIKE THEM?
I LOVE children! I have been around young kids (ages 6 to 8) and also teenagers. I love them because they love to play with me too! I love to lick and kiss them. I am still in that puppy stage of using my teeth when playing, so I need to be reminded of my manners. But I am being a good girl and learning with lots of guidance and patience from foster mom.

DO YOU LIKE CATS?
My foster mom has a cat and I WANT to play with her so bad, but she isn’t too sure of me yet.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS?
I love playing with other dogs! I haven’t found a single dog that I don’t like! When it is nap time, I love snuggling with another dog.

IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE?
I just love to be outdoors: exploring, running, playing, and finding sticks. My least favorite place to be is the car because I get carsick easily. That’s no fun, and I’m all about the fun stuff!

HOW IS YOUR HEALTH?
I am a healthy, hearty puppy.

WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION?
I live with my foster mom, adult female cat, adult female pit bull, and my littermate brother! My brother is my closest companion because we are the same age, get to play and cuddle a lot, and we both love the same things.

WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE?
Typically I hang out in my cozy crate, but my foster mom has started allowing us to stay safely in the backyard to play for short periods. I find lots to do and always keep myself occupied.

WHERE DO YOU SLEEP?
I sleep in my crate, and my foster mom lets me out to potty halfway through the night. I have NEVER had an accident in my crate. What a good girl, right?!

DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?
I am too young to go on walks just yet, so I have not tried a leash outside. My foster mom is starting to use a leash with me around the house and in the backyard some, so I should be a pro at it as soon as I can start exploring the big outside world.

DO YOU HAVE ANY "NOT-SO-GREAT" HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT? FOR INSTANCE, DO YOU BARK OR DIG IN THE YARD?
I love to shred puppy pee pads or paper, so it is best to keep those things out of my reach. I bark sometimes, but once I am told “no bark,” I quiet down quickly.

ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED? (MEANING DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)
I am getting better at potty training. I do still have an accident sometimes… I am a really young puppy, after all! But my foster mom is so patient and reminds me about going potty outside frequently. I know where to go potty outside, and I know how to use the doggy door to get in and out. I might have an accident inside twice a week, but I am getting better everyday. So with consistency and patience, I will have this whole potty thing mastered in no time!

DO YOU LIKE WATER?
I am not afraid of water, but when my foster mom brings the hose out, I do tend to go somewhere else until she is done spraying. I have had baths in the sink and I don’t mind that much. Don’t tell foster mom, but I am mostly tolerating the bath because I have learned that I get super fun blow dryer time afterward!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY?
I love that there is a backyard for me to run around in, lots of toys, and some doggy friends to play with. And I love that there are lots of human visitors, so I get to meet new friends all the time.

WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO NORCAL BULLY BREED RESCUE?
I was approximately four or five weeks old when NorCal Bully Breed Rescue saved our whole litter of eight pups and my mama from a field where we had been living for weeks! We all went to the same amazing foster home where we stayed together a little longer until more fosters were found to take care of us. One of my brothers and I landed in this great foster home, but now I am looking for my own special family. Are you looking for me too?
