My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the cute and curious Cammie! This special girl purrs like an engine and will meow to let you know that she'd like your attention. She adores head rubs! One of the first things you may notice about Cammie is her unique nose! She is FIV+, but that won't stop Cammie from living a happy life with her humans! When you submit an inquiry for Cammie, we will connect you with our vet team, who can answer more questions about FIV+ cats if this is a new topic for you. One thing we know for certain is that this sweet girl is ready to find a home where she can watch birds out the window and snuggle up to you for some quality petting time!

Go meet their pets

We’re so excited that you’re considering adopting from Nashville Humane Association. We’re located at 213 Oceola Ave in West Nashville, near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Charlotte Pike, and are open from 10AM until 5PM TUE through SUN (closed Mondays). We’re also closed every TUE-THUR from 12-1PM for “Quiet Hour.” As a quick heads up, our adoption process takes about an hour, and all adoptions must be finalized on-site at the shelter, so if you’re planning to visit and adopt, be sure to make accommodations for time.
