Buddy is an adorable older gent who loves spending time with other small dogs. While Buddy bonds to people in his own way, he does not like to be picked up, leashed, or overhandled. He's looking for an adopter that has a securely fenced yard, since he does not walk on leash, as well as an adopter who will go at his own pace in terms of petting and handling.
