Iris is a small dog between 2 and 3 years old and 10 lbs. She was abandoned with her three puppies in a lonely street in a countryside. She was alone with her young pups for a few days, until she could be rescued. Due to lack of food and lactation, she encountered some anemia. Fortunately, she is in better health after due care. She was vaccinated and also sterilized.
About her behavior, she is quite and docile, although a little shy. She likes to eat twice a day and rest a few hours a day in her bed. She’s like an inoscent soul, but she’s also a strong mother who protected her little puppies. At first, when she was rescued, all food was always left to her puppies, she didn’t eat so her puppies could. We knew from the beginning that she was a good mother, and very sacrificial. Always cooperating when we rescued her, and also with the clinic staff. It was like she knew they were helping her.
He lets herself bathe peacefully, and also medicate. When you approach her she bends down and moves her tail; she also lets himself be charged. It is a small creature willing to give and receive love.
All dogs are located in NY/NJ area
All our puppies need puppy play dates/doggy facetime so we recommend homes with other pups or daily interactions to keep them tired out, happy and social.
