Hi, I'm Freckles! I was rescued from the Merced Animal Shelter by CBR in just the knick of time! All the wonderful volunteers who work at the shelter advocated for me and literally saved my life. I was minutes, possibly seconds from losing my life just because there was no space for me anymore.
So far, I have been showing my foster pawrents how grateful i am to be alive and thank them every chance i get with snuggles! I am doing well with their resident dog, Bear and like to parade my toys all around the house! My foster Mama has been taking me on 2 miles walks/runs and i do well, but tucker out at the last half mile! I have met the neighbors kids, and did well... very gentle, lady like! I am good on leash and love my crate, it is my safe space!

Soem dogs may or may not present, but dogs will never be allowed to be adopted at these events or sent home with anyone other than their fosters. An application and official meet and greet will always be required.
