Honey is a high-energy, happy Girl who loves to give kisses and play outside. She doesn't like to be alone for too long. She's very smart, so she needs someone who will be willing to put in the time to train her. She needs a yard and a family that is active, so she doesn't stay hyper all day.
Is pet good with children? Dogs? Cats? Yes. She's been fostered with children, cats, and dogs. She needs time to adjust to her surroundings before meeting potential fur siblings. A new home can be overwhelming to a foster, so keep in mind your pet may not like her.
She doesn't like to share food. She resource guards her favorite things from other animals (food, toys, and her favorite person).
If you are considering adopting Honey, please understand it's going to take time to teach her manners, but she's smart and learns fast. Fees are based off of fosters. We do require an adoption application to be completed and checked with vet before adoptions. If not spayed or neutered upon adoption, we require a spay and neuter contract to be signed as well as proof of spay/neuter within 30 days.
