Meet Toby, who comes to us from the community. His mom went to the hospital for an indefinite time and her daughter can't keep him. He is a 5-year-old, 17 lb. Jack Russell Terrier mix. Toby is neutered, housetrained, and up to date on all vaccines. He is very sweet and happy and can stand to lose a few pounds.
