I am here because I was given up by my owner on 02/06/2024 due to the fact my owner had too many other pets. I am a good kitty who uses the litterbox! I am a medium energy cat and I will need an owner with some prior pet owning experience as I am shy and will need some patience and understanding from my new owner as I adjust to my new home. I can be good with men, women, and children. I would do best with children 10+ years old. I can be good with other cats and I cannot live with dogs - they scare me!
All cats are tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, and cats over 6 months of age are tested for heartworms. They are also tested for intestinal parasites and receive routine dewormings. Cats are vaccinated against distemper and rabies, receive a flea preventative, are spayed/neutered before adoption, and have a microchip. Adoption fees include the initial automated registration of the microchip at the time of adoption.

Applicants do not need to commit to a particular animal, but may indicate particular ones of interest they see on our website.

Approve Application
Staff will preapprove the application, then schedule the applicant for a meet & greet appointment with the animal(s) they are interested in.

Meet the Pet
The applicant may meet the animal(s) they are interested in and then make the decision on whether they would like to move forward to adopt.
4.
Sign Adoption Contract
When the applicant decides to move forward with adoption, there is a short adoption agreement to sign.
5.
Pay Fee
We charge an adoption fee of $100 for cats and dogs, $40 for rabbits, and $10 for other small animal types.
6.
Take the Pet Home
Many times animals are able to go home the same day as their meet & greet appointment.
