Meet Nick Furry, an adult male cat with soft tabby fur and a heart of gold. Nick is a low-maintenance boy, preferring the comfort of a warm and cozy spot to running and playing. While initially shy, Nick is sweet and receptive to human interaction, offering gentle head butts and biscuits as signs of affection. He thrives in a calm and loving environment and does well on his own, not requiring an animal companion. Nick would flourish in a home with a patient adopter who will give him the time and space he needs to open up and trust. Nick Furry is FIV+/FeLV negative, up to date with vaccinations, flea-treated, dewormed, microchipped, and neutered. His birthday is estimated to be around 9/20/2019.

Meet the Pet

By-appointment and virtual meet and greets are made with our adoption counselors to meet the cat(s) you are interested in!

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

We go over medical information and the adoption contract over the phone. The contract is signed virtually and adoption appointment is set.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Set up everything at home, and bring the adoption donation and a carrier - it's adoption day!

Milltown Adoption Center is open to the public Wed + Fri from 5 - 7 and Sat + Sun from 12 - 4. Private appointments available for approved adopters.

The mission of the Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society is to provide a safe and peaceful haven for homeless, abandoned or abused animals. We will help decrease the number of cats and dogs being destroyed in kill shelters through the work of our foster, spay/neuter, trap-neuter-return, and education programs.

The vision of the Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society is a world where every companion animal is respected, fed, warm, happy, and not in danger of being killed because it is temporarily homeless.
