My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Beatrix!

This 3-year-old (DOB 8/5/21) spayed bunny is a delightful mix of sass and sweetness. Once she warms up to you, she’ll charm you with her lively head binkies every time you walk into the room.

Beatrix is a busy girl with a packed daily schedule of important bunny business: tidying her litter box, self-grooming her exceptionally soft coat to maintain its pristine condition, racing through cardboard tunnels (and nibbling them for good measure), organizing hay-stuffed toilet paper rolls, indulging in snack time, zooming with excitement at dinner time, and soaking up attention. She’s also an accomplished escape artist, a devoted stuffed animal groomer, and a camera-ready superstar.
When Beatrix first joined us, she had some reactive behaviors based on her past experiences but, with a loving, safe, and patient environment, she has learned to play well with and trust others. She may give a little grunt now and then, but just to remind you of her bunny sassiness.
Beatrix would thrive in a home with lots of space to run and explore, and with household members who enjoy giving her cuddle massage sessions. Bunny-aware children who can respect her need for alone time when needed would be welcomed by this assertive lady.
While in foster care, Beatrix grew to enjoy gated visits with the other bunnies in the home and has demonstrated a possible interest in bonding. She has a positive history with cats and has become increasingly social and curious.
Beatrix has a well-managed and stable condition called megacolon, common in the English Spot breed. She takes her daily medication without issue and with a diet of limited kibble, large amounts of hay, and wet down greens, she is healthy, active, and happy.

Are you ready to let this spunky girl steal your heart?
