Jack Frost is a very sweet boy. He was found within a cat colony and had severe respiratory issues, but he has since then gotten much better. He is a bit shy at first but turns into an absolute love bug once he gets to know you. He even likes belly rubs! He also loves to play with toys and eat bunches of treats.

Second Chance For Cats is a nonprofit organization set up to spay or neuter homeless felines, and then adopt, relocate, or release these cats. Our goal is to reduce the free roaming cat population in Bluefield, West Virginia and the surrounding area, and to provide ongoing care, including rabies vaccinations, medical treatment, and food for homeless and neglected cats. Our ultimate goal is to have a rescue and no kill shelter.
