This litter is a riot. As expected out of 2 month old, German Shepherd puppies, they are active, intelligent, and inquisitive. They love people, toys, and food. They will make you laugh and desperately want to do life with you.
Like most German Shepherds, they are not dumb. They have already calculated your 2030 tax return and would never be fooled by hot dogs filled with medication. Because they are intelligent and a joy to train, they are quickly mastering potty training, home etiquette, and whatsinyourmouthdropthat.
Roxxie is a 2-month-old mixed rescued from a high-kill shelter. This dog is current on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. This dog does well with other dogs, cat, and children. She is working on kennel training, housebreaking, and home etiquette. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if it might be a good fit for your home.
The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.
We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)
Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed.
Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
