My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Joyful, Resilient, Adventurous

Meet Zaatar! She is a young girl who radiates joy, playfulness, and an adventurous spirit that lights up every room. She embodies the typical kitten persona, relishing in exploring her surroundings and engaging with toys and other kitties alike. Whether she's chasing after wand toys or curling up for cuddles, Zaatar's playful spirit is evident.

Despite facing challenges, Zaatar's resiliency shines through. She is paralyzed due to a spinal fracture that caused permanent damage, and has adapted remarkably well! She continues to approach life with a positive attitude, maintaining a cheerful level of activity and affection, eagerly seeking out love, attention, and new adventures.

Zaatar's interactions with other cats are nothing short of heartwarming; she gets along with her kitty housemates and enjoys the companionship they provide. Zaatar makes sure her needs are known, particularly when she's feeling particularly hungry.

Her favorite activities include playing with wand toys, showcasing her agility as she flips herself over to bat at them and drags herself around to chase after them! While she may require a bit of extra care, her zesty and loving demeanor make her a wonderful addition to any home. Can you give her the love and stability she deserves?

Zaatar is incontinent and requires some extra medical care, which includes a regulated diet and manual expression - that means pressing gently on her to help her do her bathroom business. It's straightforward and simpler than it sounds, and APA! will show you how and make sure you are comfortable with it. Her current foster expresses her three times a day, and these can be flexible to fit your schedule! For more information, please contact APA!
