Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I met Penny through a friend whose roommate was jogging through a park in Tyler and heard a trashcan whimper. They had too many dogs to be able to add her into their pack. I adopted her and have been taking care of her for about a year and a half. She was taken to the vet by my friend to be spayed before she moved in with me. I would love to be able to keep her around, but due to housing situations I will be moving and the new place has a strict no-pet policy.
Penny is around 2-3 years old and super smart. She knows basic commands such as sit, lay down, paw (shake), wait, and a few others. I know that she is good with other dogs medium-sized and up. She has never been around cats, small dogs (the smallest she has met is a beagle), or children. Transparently, she does have anxious tendencies stemming from her being abandoned (and possibly physically abused) as a pup. Overall, she is a really sweet dog that wants to play almost nonstop and loves all attention.
