Piggly is looking for his forever home!

This gentle giant came to SAYv as our BIGGEST cat case to date - no, I'm not talking medically- I'm talking quite literally. This gorgeous hunk entered our foster's home at a whopping 31 pounds! We are pleased to say that after a few months in foster care - and after some proactive blood work to rule out a medical issue influencing this guy's size- Piggly has already shed some pounds! And - even better news - Piggly's blood work looks great! Despite being clinically healthy, our vets are still recommending that Piggly continue to lose weight - so it's important that any potential adopters take his diet and exercise regime seriously.

Moving past his looks, Piggly has turned out to be the sweetest guy. He is incredibly affectionate and loves head scratches. Now that his weight is starting to come off, his activity level is growing too! He's able to run a little easier, and actually jump up on things he couldn't before. We just love seeing this big guy get healthier and flourish and we can't wait to follow his journey once he finds his forever home. And the extra bonus? He makes a FANTASTIC lap warmer!

We do not have a brick-and-mortar location, all animals are in foster homes so meeting them isn’t possible. We can make video calls between our fosters and potential adopters before signing the adoption agreement.

WE SAYv ANIMALS.
SAYv Animal Organization is a startup animal welfare organization focused on gettings things done.
We have 2 permanent programs running right now, with the objective to increase our manpower and reach to create new programs including farm animals.
Solutions: We help other nonprofit organizations create and execute life-saving solutions and provide support for critical operational initiatives.
Rescue: We have officially started our rescue efforts!!

Unfortunately, since we are a start-up organization with limited funds we have to focus on perceived "easier" cases whenever we can, JUST UNTIL we get a solid financial base and network. We fully intend to help open-admission shelters save ALL at-risk animals, including the hard cases.
