Meet Tulip, an adorable girl full of sweetness! At approximately 1.5 years old and weighing around 40 pounds, she's eagerly searching for her forever family. Just take a look at that heartwarming smile – it's a testament to the love and energy she's ready to share.

Tulip is an affectionate soul who adores everyone she meets, be it kids or kitty friends. Tug of war is her favorite game, especially when involving a leash (though she's still learning leash manners). Chewing on toys is another of her delights. She's mastered sitting and is in the process of learning "bed" for her kennel.

This charming pup is both house and crate trained, making her an ideal addition to any loving home. Tulip thrives on belly rubs and cherishes being close to her humans. With a strong appetite for treats, she's easily motivated.

It's worth noting that Tulip has a special fondness for kitties! While she hasn't had extensive exposure to other dogs, her exuberance and playfulness may need careful introduction. During a recent meet and greet, she exhibited some misunderstanding of her size and energy level, responding to another dog's growl with a playful nip to the ear. With the right guidance and patient introduction to other dogs, Tulip is sure to bring joy and love to her forever home.

She is up to date on vaccinations, on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, microchipped, has been dewormed multiple times, heartworm negative, and is spayed.

After an applicant has been screened, we conduct a home visit, vet reference check and personal reference checks. If the applicant is approved, we schedule a meet and greet.

We carry on his legacy by loving and caring for the dogs who need to know what it is like to be a part of a family. Pepper was kind to every human and fur friend he met.
