Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gnocchi is a beautiful female tortoiseshell born approximately 12/19/2022. She is very sweet and responds well to attention from her humans, often expressing her need for love and affection. She is a low-key cat who is not particularly active, preferring to spend her time relaxing with her humans.
Gnocchi was rescued along with three other cats from a dump site behind a Walmart. It was during the frigid below zero Chicago temperatures in late January. Several heartbroken and concerned folks spent endless hours in the cold trying to save these animals. Once captured and brought inside, Gnocchi was understandably nervous, concerned, and stressed. It took a while for her to adjust, relax, and realize she was now safe in her new home.
Gnocchi is perfectly fine with adult folks. She can also be adopted into a home with respectful children. She does not relate well to other animals and needs to be the only pet in her new home.
You may visit with Gnocchi at Pet Supplies Plus, 3757 N Lincoln Ave., Chicago.
