dicky was an owner surrender to high kill LA pound and he is stunned and saddened by that and his depression has carried to rescue as he waits for a home again to love him. He cant quite figure out the whys of how he was left to die. He claims he never did a bad thing in his life and we believe him. We would love to see him find a loving home and hoping he finds one soon.
