Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Intake Date: 27 January 2024 -------- DOB: 31 May 2023 ----- Breed: Lab mix ----- Size: 70 lbs ----- Status: Pound Pull ----- Compatible with: Dogs, children. Cats seem fun to play with. Just needs training ----- Suitable for: home with a fenced yard. ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: none noted ----- Additional Notes: Welcome Raider! This giant puppy is a total goof. After he was pulled from the pound to avoid euthanasia due to overcrowding, his original owner reached out. Raider had been given away to a man who then dumped him. This is such a common occurance sadly. But thankfully we were able to get some history, like a birthdate. Raider is a giant goofy puppy. He has minimal concept of personal space and life is a giant game. When introduced to cats, if they hissed he went into immediate play bow and wanted to bad to rough house. So he needs some manners but he is a happy go lucky GIANT doggo and he deserves his real forver home. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. Adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. If a yard is present, a secure fence is prioritized.
