Meet Cookie: Cookie is a 4 year old female Bichon Frise looking for her forever home. Cookie was surrendered due to her owner needing to go to a retirement home. Cookie is a sweet girl but is timid and skittish and scared as her world has been thrown upside down. Cookie needs an adopter that understands timid dogs. Cookie needs a fenced in yard and another well adjusted dog at home to help her. Cookie gets along w cats. Adoptions local to southwestern PA only.
