***A Day In The Life with Me***
I sleep so well in my crate every night. In the morning, my foster mom goes downstairs and takes me out for a walk. I’m so excited to see her, I give
her a lot of kisses. Then we go for a walk together. I love to look at the birds and the squirrels. Having three legs doesn’t slow me down at all either. Some people don’t even notice I’m missing a leg!
After our morning walk, we cuddle and she makes me breakfast. I like having company while I eat. I’m a pretty laidback guy overall. When I get “the zoomies”, it makes my foster parents giggle. I really like squeaky toys and fuzzy ones as well. I also like fetch, belly scratches, and did I mention cuddling? Of course, I did, they’re my favorite. I’m a loving boy and the thing I enjoy more than anything is being with my family. My foster mom says I fall asleep in her lap a lot. I had some shy moments in the beginning but made myself completely comfortable here over time. Now, I’m ready for my forever home. I know I will be a great boy for my future forever family.
Foster Update: Mackinaw is an easy houseguest at his foster home...crate trained, house trained, walks beautifully on a leash. He's right at the door welcoming his foster mom/dad when they arrive home. He is a great snuggle buddy, loves to get belly rubs and treats. He is looooooow maintenance! This boy is a tripod but he does not let it affect him...in fact, you completely forget it within a few seconds! He's so handsome too...his eyes melt you into butter! Come meet Mack and you'll see...this boy is so easy peasy you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner!
